I've been hosting the Afternoon Show on Y105 for more than seven years! I have a beautiful wife, Claudia, and adorable daughter, Lydia. I've lived in Dubuque for over a decade and I absolutely love this city! I host Hawkeye games at Lot One on Saturdays in the fall, 'The Dating Game' at Skinny Maginny's one Tuesday a month and can be found pushing a stroller on walks along South Grandview from time-to-time. I'm a passionate Minnesota Vikings fan (and Twins, Wild and Wolves), but truly appreciate having a fun conversation with the adversary (Bears, Packers fans).

A Day in Madison
Sometimes a day trip doesn't need to be anything more than your family spending a day together, running errands and, of course, eating a good meal. My wife, daughter and I went to Madison, WI for the day on Saturday so my wife could buy scrubs for a new job she started yesterday (Monday)...
This Week’s ‘The Jeff Robb Show’
I was 6 years old when the FIFA investigation began. On Wednesday, the United States Department of Justice indicted 14 officials associated with FIFA, soccer's mafia-like governing body.
What does this mean? We're talking SOCCER on the show for the first time ever...

David Letterman’s 30-Year Run is Ending in One Week!

Even if watching Letterman is not part of your evening routine, I would encourage you to stay up a little later than usual or put anything else your watching on hold to tune in as a legend comes do

Ken Haugen is the General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn and Houlihan's and food aficionado. I'll have Ken join me in the studio for a new feature called 'Chop Talk' in which Ken will highlight an item on the menu at Houliahn's.
This week, Ken brought three variations of their flatbreads:
Italian Sausage Flatbread - marinara, fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers
BBQ Chicken Flatbread - red
Progress is Being Made
Back in January, I blogged about how I was going to start eating healthier and exercising more regularly. I've followed through with that promise (aside from some pizza here and a burger on the grill there) and I'm starting to see the results...
A DVR is a Sports Fan’s Best Friend
Here's a scenario many hockey fans in the Tri-States will face TONIGHT: the Dubuque Fighting Saints play Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals vs. Muskegon at 7:05 p.m. At that very same time, the Chicago Blackhawks will take the ice to face the Minnesota Wild in the NHL's Western Conference semifinals...
