Upon arrival, law enforcement found the individual yelling and wandering in the street. Despite attempts to make contact and deploy non-lethal means to subdue the subject, they continued to physically resist and then fled from officers. Following a pursuit, law enforcement eventually detained the subject, who continued to resist and became distressed. Life-saving measures were administered on-site before emergency medical services (EMS) transported the individual to a local hospital, where they were later pronounced deceased.
