Back in January, I blogged about how I was going to start eating healthier and exercising more regularly. I've followed through with that promise (aside from some pizza here and a burger on the grill there) and I'm starting to see the results.

In early February, I had to push myself to get under a 12-minute mile on the elliptical. Earlier this week, I did 35 minutes at a 9 min 11 sec pace.

If you've made dramatic changes to your lifestyle, then you know that seeing results makes it so rewarding.
