What character do you remember Robin Williams most for? It's a tough question, isn't it? Is it Mork from 'Mork and Mindy' (and earlier 'Happy Days')? Maybe it was the lively and irreverent jock Adrian Cronauer in 'Good Morning, Vietnam'? What about one of his dramatic roles like Sean Maguire in 'Good Will Hunting' (for which he won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar) or John Keating in 'Dead Poets Society'?

For me, it's 'Mrs. Doubtfire'. I can't remember seeing a movie that made me laugh so hard before I went to the theater with my family to see Robin Williams as a cross-dressing nanny. It's one of those memories I have that I will always remember. We went to Applebee's after the movie and my parents, sister and I couldn't stop laughing as we recalled some of the movie's highlights.

In addition to 'Mrs. Doubtfire', Williams would star in some of my favorite childhood movies; 'Aladdin', 'Hook' and 'Jumanji' to name a few. His ability to play wide-ranging characters at such a high level is something very few have ever done.

Simply stated, Robin Williams was a legend.
