A Healthy Restaurant Chain is Planning Its First Eastern Iowa Location

Eastern Iowans will have a new option when it comes to healthy eating in 2026! Thanks to a recent press release from the Iowa River Landing, we now know that Crisp & Green is coming to Coralville early next year!

About Crisp & Green

According to the press release, Crisp & Green is "a fast, casual restaurant focused on healthy eating" that offers "made-from-scratch salads, grain bowls and smoothies crafted with fresh ingredients." In addition to serving up healthy meals, they also host health and wellness events at their various locations, including fitness classes.

The Menu

Crisp & Green's website says that the chain "craft[s] every menu item daily to be full of flavors that are balanced, wholesome and unique." In addition to salads, grain bowls, and smoothies, the menu at Crisp & Green also includes a variety of signature wraps, acai bowls, and "Aguas Frescas" (fruit and tea beverages). If you don't see exactly what you're looking for on the menu, you can also build your own salad, bowl, or wrap.  For dessert, diners can choose from a vegan "Crispie" or chocolate chip walnut cookie.

Coralville Location

The Coralville Crisp & Green will open its first Eastern Iowa location in the Iowa River Landing at 805 E 2nd Ave. As of right now, the restaurant chain is planning to open sometime in early 2026.

Other Locations

Crisp & Green currently has one Iowa location over at 141 S Jordan Creek Pkwy in West Des Moines, but there are shops across 16 states total, including Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. You can check out a full list of locations HERE.
