Dirt Road Rockers Rock In Studio

This morning, the Dirt Road Rockers stopped by the Dwyer & Michaels studio in the Rock 'n' Roll Mansion to play their original song, an homage to Lynyrd Skynyrd, and talk their upcoming show with the Battle of The Bands at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds.

The band is competing for a chance at playing the Grandstand for the Mississippi Valley Fair as an opener for one of the huge acts booked for 2023.

First, the band played their original, Play Sum Skynyrd.

After a short commercial break, the band came back on to play a cover of Survivor's High On You, sung by bassist Jerry Smith.

Catch the band Saturday night for the Battle of the Bands, which begins at 5pm.
