Yelp, a very popular restaurant review site, just shared its list of the Best Seafood In every state for 2025, and this Southern-style seafood boil restaurant in Chicago just made the list.

Yelp Says It’s the Best in Illinois

Pan and Dana Hompluem own Lowcountry Lakeview, which was named the best seafood restaurant in the entire Land of Lincoln.

Located at 3343 North Clark Street in Chicago, it's one of five spots you can get your seafood on.

Inspired by New Orleans, Perfected in Chicago

Drawing inspiration from Pan Hompluem's childhood summers in New Orleans, he wanted to bring the seafood boil experience to the Midwest with some serious counter-service flair and a full flavor punch.
