Glam metal reached a fever pitch, thrash hit a new benchmark and former bandmates squared off against each other.

"It's kind of f---ed up when somebody goes, 'Hey, you might want to get your things in order,' the Ratt founder says now.

Frontman admits he would do things different if he could go back in time.

Ratt peeled off a string of platinum-selling records in the '80s. The next decade was a different story, starting with 1990's 'Detonator.'

Many of the scene's biggest bands caught lightning in a bottle on their first try.

The evening also featured a backstage reunion among four Ratt alumni.

The new additions included two songs from Ratt's underrated 1986 album 'Dancing Undercover.'

Performing together for the first time in seven years, the duo tore through 16 Ratt classics.
