
Take Mom for Pancakes this Mother’s Day
Northeast Iowa Council #178 and Timmeu Lodge #74 are inviting you to take mom out for breakfast. The Annual Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast takes place this Sunday, May 8th, from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm at Eagle Point Park. You’ll be sure to fill up as this event is al, you can eat and all for a good cause.
Tickets are available for purchase online, at the Council Service Center, or available for purchase upon arrival at the breakfast. Tickets are just 10 dollars and ages 4 and under a free. Scouts would like to inform you that if you had purchased tickets online, please print your confirmation email and enter the breakfast as one group.
All Proceeds from the breakfast help support the service projects and activities for the local Arrowmen of the Timmeu Lodge 74. In fact, the members of the Timmeu Lodge have logged over 6000 service hours since the Lodge's existence. In addition, the Northeast Iowa Council is headquartered in Dubuque, IA and serves the counties of Dubuque, Delaware, Clayton, and Allamakee, as well as the cities of East Dubuque and Bellevue. Camp C.S. Klaus is the resident summer camp facility of the Northeast Iowa Council, and is located just west of Colesburg, Iowa
Show your support for their continued efforts and work in our communities; give your mom a treat on Mother's Day and take her out for breakfast. Remember, in scouting, boys and girls start with their best right-now selves and grow into their very best future-selves. It’s hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today and life.
