Check Out The Hy-Vee Indy 500 Car This Saturday (6/19)

Are you a fan of the Indy 500? You have a chance to see the Hy-Vee #45 Indy 500 car this Saturday!

If you didn't know, Hy-Vee partnered with Rahal Letterman Lanigan racing for the Indy Series, with driver Santino Ferrucci! He raced to a 6th place finish at the 2021 Indy 500 and you can see one of the team show cars this weekend.

Measuring an impressive 18 feet long by 6 and a half feet wide, you can see the car this Saturday (6/19) starting at 8:30am when you visit the Locust Street Hy-Vee location (at 400 South Locust Street).

When you come by you can meet members of the Rahal race team. They'll have merch available for purchase and you should come hungry... Hy-Vee will feature a hamburger or brat with chips and a drink for $4.45!

At 12:30pm, the car will be moved to the Asbury Plaza Hy-Vee location (at 2395 Northwest Arterial), so if you can't make it early you'll have a chance to see it later in the day.

Race fan or not, it will be a cool thing to see, so bring the kids and your camera!
