Dubuque: Due to weather conditions predicted for tomorrow, the City of Dubuque is canceling the trash, recycling, yard waste, and food scrap collections scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29. Thursday collection route customers should NOT set out materials for collection tomorrow and will be allowed to set out up to four extra bags of trash at no additional charge (no green tags needed) on their next collection day (Thursday, Dec. 4).
The City of Dubuque has opened its parking ramps for free parking this weekend to allow residents and visitors to remove vehicles from the streets in order assist with snow and ice control operations during and after the storm. Vehicles parked in City-owned ramps must be removed by 7 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 1, to avoid a parking fee.
Jule Schedule Changes for November 29th: Due to current road conditions, and to ensure the safety of our passengers and staff, The Jule Fixed Route service will operate on an on-demand basis from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today (Saturday, Nov. 29). On-call service will be available for riders needing to take essential trips on main roads through 2 p.m. All on-demand and mini-bus service will end at 2 p.m. today. Please call 563-589-4196 to request a trip or more information. The Jule plans on operating normal hours Monday, Dec. 1.

Due to the upcoming weather, we are saddened to share that Jace’s Benefit at Culbie's Event Center in East Dubuque will need to be postponed from November 29th. It will be next weekend (Saturday or Sunday and times to be determined ) So please anyone that has chili or soup and bake goods: throw it in freezer for next weekend!!
