Dubuque Chamber Tees Up Summer with Classic Golf Outing and Ribbon Cuttings

The Dubuque Area Chamber is teeing up summer with the annual Chamber Classic Golf Outing on May 23rd at the Dubuque Golf and Country Club. 

For those who like to conduct business on the golf course, the annual event on the links is a perfect day. 

From 10:45 am to 11:45, it's Registration and lunch with a Noon Shotgun Start. Golfers can register as a foursome or individuals. There are also opportunities for businesses to sponsor a hole which is an excellent way to share your services with a captive audience. That sponsorship comes with a table at the tee box and includes lunch and reception for two. There are additional sponsorship and signup opportunities available on the Chamber Website. 

Chamber Ribbon Cuttings

In addition to the annual golf outing, the Dubuque Area Chamber celebrates some new businesses with ribbon cuttings during May, including the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Peosta's Darkbird Taphouse. This event is free and open to the public! The ribbon-cutting is Wednesday, May 11th at 4:30 pm! 

There is also a Ground Breaking for Collins Community Credit Union at 255 JFK RD in Dubuque. The event is free and open to the public, with the ribbon-cutting scheduled for Wednesday, May 18th at 11:00 am.

You may also join the Dubuque Area Chamber for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for The Bryce Murphy American Family Insurance Agency at 960 Cedar Cross Road. The Ribbon cutting is Thursday, May 19th at 11:30 am.
