Wilbur is 4-year-old boy and weighs around 109 pounds. He is a very loveable & silly little man who loves to play. He enjoys rolling around outside in the snow, showing off his handsome smile, and being the energetic life of any, and every, party. The Dubuque Regional Humane Society recommends Wilbur be the only dog in the home.
