Dubuque Woman Arrested for DUI, Child Endangerment
According to reports from the Dubuque Police and P2C local arrest record website, Wanda Kaye Berg, 50, was arrested late Friday night, February 28th, 2025, following a traffic stop at 2599 61 / Twin Valley Drive. Dubuque County Deputy B.M. Krause took Berg into custody at around 11:29 PM.

Berg faces charges of driving under the influence (DUI), a serious misdemeanor, and aggravated misdemeanor child endangerment. Authorities have not disclosed whether a minor was present in the vehicle, only that she put a child in danger at the time of her intoxicated driving.

Berg has since been released on a $5,000 cash surety bond, with an arraignment set to be scheduled at the Dubuque County Courthouse.
