No matter what season is your favorite, you have to admit that autumn is absolutely GORGEOUS! Even if you prefer summer or spring, there's just something about those fall colors that can't be beat. I don't know that I could ever live somewhere that doesn't have four seasons, even if one of those seasons features below zero temperatures and mounds of snow...

Last week (before it dropped to 25 degrees), I took my dog on a couple of walks through my neighborhood, and I found myself mesmerized by all the bright fall colors. The yellows, reds, and oranges were so beautiful, I just HAD to snap a few pictures! Tater wasn't thrilled about the interruptions to his walk, but he got plenty of treats when we got home, so he was fine.

I didn't get to any of my favorite places to take fall photos this year, like Palisades-Kepler State Park in Mount Vernon, but I figured plenty of our listeners captured some of that Iowa fall magic.
