Interactive Titanic Exhibit Making Only Midwest Stop [VIDEO]
Perhaps no story in history has continued to captivate the masses quite like the maiden voyage of the ship named Titanic. No ship could match it in size, stature, or luxury when it was completed in 1911. The ship that was deemed 'unsinkable' then proved otherwise in a tale of human tragedy that still connects to this very day. A one-of-a-kind Titanic exhibit is making its only stop in the Midwest, and it will let you experience what it was like to set foot onboard the Titanic.
Titanic: The Exhibition has made stops in cities like New York, Los Angeles, and even Melbourne, Australia. Now, it has docked in the Midwest through the spring. Ticket holders will get to experience what it was really like on the ship. The exhibit has detailed recreations of the ships interior and exterior. You'll visit rooms like a millionaire suite, the boiler room, even the Grand Staircase.
You'll also experience the true story of Titanic through artifacts from the actual ship and her sister ships from the White Star Line. You'll see recovered items, and of course, props from the legendary 1997 James Cameron movie 'Titanic'.
Titanic: The Exhibition is currently stopped in Chicago with showings extending through April. Tickets are going fast so to guarantee your boarding, you can order yours HERE. Ticket prices start at $33 with discounts for children and seniors.
Unlike the sinking on the night of April 14th, 1912, this tour will only take about an hour. If you're a Titanic fan or history buff, this is a can't-miss tour just hours from home.
