I'm not sure if Guinness keeps track of people being arrested the most in a short window, but this guy would have to be a contender if they do.

A Fresno man has been arrested for the tenth time in a single month, according to the Clovis Police Department.

Officials say 38-year-old Keith Chastain was booked into the Fresno County Jail for the tenth time since February 19th, 2023.

Most recently, the Clovis Police had a run-in with Keith on Tuesday, after receiving a call about a truck being stolen from someone, and the caller thought Keith Chastain was driving.

Sure enough, an officer located the stolen truck driving in Old Town Clovis, and followed until some additional officers could catch up to him.

Officers conducted what's considered a "high-risk traffic stop" in front of the Clovis Police Department, and they were able to take Chastain into custody without incident.

The only person in the stolen truck was Chastain, and he told officers he was on his way to the police station anyway. He wanted to pick up some of his personal property from the police department, from when he was arrested the day before.

In total, Chastain was arrested 10 times between February 19th and March 21st.

Chastain is facing 18 felonies and 15 misdemeanors with charges, including the theft of six vehicles, driving under the influence, vandalism, fraud, possession of a controlled substance, and other smaller charges.

Let's hope he can make some better life choices in the future.
