The Quad City Storm announced Wednesday morning that the organization and Head Coach Dave "Chezzy" Pszenyczny are parting their ways after six years.

Wednesday morning around 9am, the Storm posted a short message announcing the change.

"The Quad City Storm would like to thank Head Coach Dave Pszenyczny and his family for six years of hard work and dedication to the Storm organization and the Quad Cities. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors. The search for a new head coach will begin immediately."

Coach Chezzy joined the organization in 2018, leading the team to two playoff runs - finishing as semi-finalists in 2021.

The Storm finished their 2023-2024 season with a 32-23-1 record, finishing in 6th place.
