Inaugural Key City Beer Fest in Iowa to Offer Festivalgoers Over 50 Beers
The Dubuque Main Street Board of Directors has exciting plans for the city's first-ever Key City Beer Festival, set to take place this Saturday, August 5th, beneath Dubuque's iconic Town Clock on Main Street's 700 block.
The festival's primary objective is to unite craft beer enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds, providing them a unique opportunity to support and promote regional breweries and businesses, while also contributing to downtown development and enhancing Dubuque's overall quality of life. Yup, a pint can go a long way.
Event attendees can indulge in the rich flavors of local and regional craft beers, with an impressive lineup of 21 participating breweries producing over 50 tantalizing flavors to taste. General Admission tickets grant festival-goers entry into the event, along with unlimited tastings and a souvenir 4oz tasting glass. For a more exclusive experience, VIP tickets offer additional perks, including a 2-hour early entry, a swag bag, a t-shirt, complimentary food, and a special seating area. General admission tickets are $35, with VIPs coming in at $85, a designated diver ticket is available for 10 bucks and includes unlimited water and 2 N/A Drink Tickets.

In addition to lots of fun, the festival's organizers are actively seeking volunteers to assist with the event as well. Volunteers would provide beer pouring, in the hopes of fostering a sense of community participation and engagement.
