Lacoma Golf Seeks Players & Sponsors for Its Heaven and Hell Tourney

How's your summer golf game going? Do you feel the need for a new and challenging course? If so, Lacoma Golf in East Dubuque may have the answer with their 2022 Heaven and Hell Tournament.

This year's Heaven and Hell tournament is on Sunday, August 14th. It is one of Lacoma's most popular tournaments of the year. Tee times are from 7 AM - 2 PM. There will be over 150 golfers competing, space is limited, and tee times are going faster than a beer cart on the fairway.

Lacoma is doing something different this year to offer the tournament golfers an even more unique experience. They will have local organizations design a particular golf hole that can be on the Heaven golf hole; the intention is to make it easier and more enjoyable to play. A Hell golf hole is fun but diabolical golf experience.

Corporate and Organization Sponsorships are $100 bucks. Sponsorship money will go directly into the tournament prize pool and be returned to those competing in this year's tournament! If you're interested in participating, the time for sponsorships is short. All sponsorships and ideas must be submitted for approval to Lacoma management by Wednesday, August 10th.

Lacoma holds the Annual Heaven and Hell golf event on Sunday, August 14. The 18-hole, four-player best shot (scramble) event is on the Red/Gold course. The Red course will be set up by the golfer-friendly PGA Pro, so the front nine will be the friendlier of the two. Meanwhile, golfers will be at the mercy of Lacoma's diabolical superintendent on the back nine, so plan for pin placements to be unorthodox and challenging.

The Heaven and Hell golf event entry fees are $51 per player ($15 plus applicable cart fees for pass holders) and include green fees, cart fees, and a prize fund.   Prizes are to be awarded each flight, so everyone has a chance to win!
