A Fennimore police officer initiated a traffic stop after observing several traffic violations, according to a press release from the department.

Upon stopping the vehicle, officers identified Place as the driver and noted signs of impairment. A minor passenger was also found in the vehicle, further compounding the seriousness of the charges.
