A Missouri man is in hot water with the cops after being caught with drugs and drug paraphernalia in Florida.

Police say 46-year-old Matthew Cusumano was stopped by police in Madeira Beach at around 2:45am on Friday morning after being seen riding a bicycle with no lights after dark.

Officers ran Cusumano's information, and found that he was wanted on a fugitive warrant issued in June after failing to appear in court at home in Missouri on felony drug charges.

They took him into custody, but during their search, found two drug pipes and 10.01 grams of a crystal like substance.

Cusumano reportedly identified the crystal like substance as methamphetamine.

As the Pinellas County Sheriff's Deputy reported, Cusumano said that the items confiscated from his person were for 'medicinal methamphetamine usage.'

Even though his explanation makes sense to most of us, Cusumano was charged with narcotics possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He's being held in the Pinellas County Jail on those two counts as well as the Missouri fugitive warrant.
