Food, fun, music, and drinks all in a family friendly atmosphere outdoors at Q Casino! I’m of course talking about the Backwaters Stage Summer Concert Series. Over the past few years huge bands have come through the area to entertain the Tri-States and this year is no different. This Saturday (7/16) we are excited to have Seether, 10 Years, and Nonpoint rocking the Backwaters Stage at Q Casino! Each day I will be show casing one of the awesome bands, and today we're rocking with 10 Years!

10 Years is an American alternative metal band formed in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1999. The band consists of lead vocalist Jesse Hasek, lead guitarist Brian Vodinh, rhythm guitarist Matt Wantland, bassist Chad Grennor, and drummer Luke Narey. To date, they've released nine studio albums, their most recent being Violent Allies, released on September 18, 2020.

I've been listening to these guys since my high school days! But I think my all time favorite cut from them was off of 2017's, (How to Live) As Ghosts. Who doesn't know this cut, Novacaine.

In fact that whole album is full of killer cuts. And who could forget this banger from 2005, Wasteland.

Across 9 studio albums, who knows what deep cuts or tracks you could hear, I'm pretty sure this one will get played though; check out Fix Me.

10 years has had so many awesome albums over the years and each one delivered hit after hit for them, like Beautiful.

And if your looking to jam out, just preview Shoot It Out.

And who knows they may just pull it all back and do one of their artistic pieces; beautiful harmonies and electronica, lifted and filled by drums and guitar! Soo good on The Unknown.

And hey, if you liked the original, maybe they will do this alternate version of Wasteland, it's super good too!

Right there, are 7 pretty awesome reasons for getting out and rocking this Saturday at Q Casino, and that my friends, was just the second act for the night! Check back in tomorrow for a full break down on Seether. Grab your tickets for Seether, 10 Years, and Nonpoint on Backwaters Stage at Q Casino while they are still here!
