The Dubuque Police Department has partnered with Crime Stoppers, the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, the Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office to compile a list of the Tri-States Most Wanted Criminals. An updated Tri-States Most Wanted List is also available online thanks to the Telegraph Herald.
Disclaimer to the Tri-States Most Wanted List: according to the Dubuque Police, an individual who has been charged, but not convicted, is presumed innocent. Although Crime Stoppers will make every effort to regularly update the accuracy of the Tri-States’ Most Wanted, only law enforcement has the ability to ascertain the real time validity of an existing warrant and right to arrest. In light of that fact, as well as the deep concern for public safety, please make no effort in attempting to apprehend or confront these individuals.
