Drug Bust in Dubuque County

On Sept 8 just before 11pm, deputies from the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle driven by 36 year old Graham M. Musial, of Stephenson, Michigan, for a traffic violation. A Sheriff’s Office K-9 was deployed and indicated the presence of illicit substances within the vehicle. A subsequent search yielded more than 146 pounds of marijuana and THC product. Musial was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, Failure to Affix Tax Stamp, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was held for court.
