Just in time for Halloween, a Du-boo-que...I mean Dubuque library will host a ghost hunting program for those folks interested in the paranormal.

Carnegie-Stout Public Library welcomes the Great River Investigative Paranormal Society (GRIPS) on Sunday, October. 23rd at 6 p.m. for a Ghost Hunting 101 program. This program is for adults ages 18+. Registration is required. Sign up to attend via the events calendar at carnegiestout.org. Registration ends October 21st at 5pm or when all seats are gone, whichever comes first.

Here's your chance to learn more about the various equipment used in paranormal investigations and how it works. GRIPS members will also share their ghost-hunting experiences, including rumored hauntings right here in Dubuque! “

GRIPS member Patrick Diller,said:

Many people have only been exposed to what they see on TV about ghost hunting,”, “but we pride ourselves on taking the time to do historical research and due diligence to verify claims.”

If you've ever had the desire to "investigate" the happenings from beyond the grave, this is a great opportunity.  Even experienced ghost hunters can benefit from this program....that is if you're not too afraid!  Remember registration ends October 21st at 5 pm or whenever all seats are gone.
