Dozer is a big-hearted boy with a gentle soul who’s ready to find his forever family. Originally brought in as a stray, he was never reclaimed, but now he’s looking forward to a fresh start with someone who can give him the love he deserves.

This lovable guy walks well on a leash, keeps his kennel tidy, and gets along just fine with other dogs. While he can feel a little timid in new situations, Dozer warms up quickly and shows just how affectionate and loyal he can be. He truly is a lovebug at heart.

Because of his size and playful, even rambunctious nature, Dozer would do best in a home with older children who can enjoy his energy while still giving him the structure he needs. With patience, kindness, and plenty of love, this handsome boy is sure to become a wonderful companion.

To inquire about Dozer or any of the animals at the Dubuque Regional Humane Society, you can contact them via phone at 563-582-6766 or via their website.
