Pet of the Week: Meet Sherlock, Your Lovable Dubuque Detective
Each week, the Dubuque Regional Humane Society is highlighting a "Pet of the Week." The Pet of the Week is available to be adopted via the Humane Society. This week, the Dubuque Regional Humane Society is highlighting another amazing four-legged friend:

The Dubuque Regional Humane Society is excited to introduce this week’s special pet: Sherlock! This charming 5-year-old weighs about 57 pounds and is as sweet as he is curious.
Sherlock arrived at the shelter as a stray and, sadly, was never claimed. Despite that, he’s remained a happy, friendly boy who loves meeting new people and showing off his affectionate personality. With his playful energy and inquisitive spirit, he’s always ready to explore the outdoors, sniff out new scents, and investigate every corner of his surroundings, true to his name!
While Sherlock prefers to be the only dog in the home, he more than makes up for it with his big heart and fun-loving attitude. Whether he’s trotting alongside you on a walk or soaking up attention from his favorite humans, Sherlock’s enthusiasm for life is contagious.
Thanks to our Tackle Dog Homelessness adoption promotion, Sherlock’s adoption fee is just $125! Don’t wait, meet this lovable detective-in-training at the Dubuque Regional Humane Society and see if he’s the perfect match for your home.
