Dubuque residents have something new to enjoy as HomeGoods, a major homeware retailer, has officially opened its doors at Kennedy Mall.
The grand opening offered shoppers a wide array of homeware, décor, and lifestyle items at discounted prices.
Owned by TJX Companies, HomeGoods is renowned for its high-quality, on-trend merchandise, ranging from furniture and rugs to lighting, bedding, and outdoor items.
With over 900 locations across the U.S., HomeGoods aims to provide shoppers with a unique mix of styles for every room in the house.
The store's arrival has been eagerly anticipated, with Kennedy Mall leadership and community members expressing excitement about the new store.
HomeGoods' convenient location within the mall occupies the space formerly housing Books-A-Million and Joe Muggs Coffee.
The Home Goods location is expected to draw in a significant number of shoppers.
In addition to offering great deals on merchandise, HomeGoods is committed to supporting the local community.
To mark its grand opening, the retailer presented a $10,000 donation to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dubuque, further strengthening its ties with the local area.
The opening of HomeGoods at Kennedy Mall is not only expected to enhance the retail offerings in Dubuque but will also create approximately 65 full- and part-time jobs.
Regular operating hours for the store will be 9:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 8 pm on Sundays.
Overall, the addition of HomeGoods to Kennedy Mall signifies a significant development for Dubuque, offering residents additional access to quality products at affordable prices in a convenient location.
It was fun to explore the latest addition to the Kennedy Mall, and like most of the TJX-owned stores the items and brands are great, but the price is even better.
