Kaitlyn Graham, a Kindergarten teacher at Johnson Elementary School, posted to Facebook that she and a few other teachers are participating in 'Hearts Around the World' this year.

They're hoping to receive Valentine's Day cards, postcards, or special gifts.  Their Kindergarten students will have a map in their hallway where they place heart stickers on every time a donation is sent from a different state.

If you have something in mind that represents your state, send it!  Some kids don't have the opportunity to travel as often as others, so let's spread the love this Valentine's Day and bring the joy straight to their classroom!

Let's help Miss Graham, Mrs. Jirak, Mrs. Szymanski and all their Kindergarten students make this Valentine's Day the best one yet!  Postcards and gifts can be sent to the school at 3805 Rural Street Rockford, Illinois 61107.
