The City of Dubuque Sustainability Office is partnering with Dubuque Trees Forever and local nurseries to offer residents rebates for trees and the opportunity to participate in climate action at the local level.

Dubuque residents interested in receiving a rebate for a free tree must attend a one-hour information session for tree-planting training and to learn more on how trees impact climate action. Registration is not required, and residents may choose one of three sessions that will be offered from 6-7 p.m. at the Carnegie-Stout Library Program Room on the main floor on the following dates: Thursday, July 28; Thursday, Aug. 25; or Thursday, Sept. 29.
